How we landed on a winking logo
Five logo ideas, one letter K, and why a face that winks at you won.
Indie studio · built with vibe coding
Krai Studio is a small team of developer-designers who really love video games. We use AI tools to build fast, then polish everything by hand so it actually feels good to use.

What we make
We’re happiest when a project mixes a few of these. A game with a website, an app with its own art.

AI writes a lot of first drafts. A human reviews and tests every one.
How we work
Vibe coding means building with AI as a creative partner. It lets a small team like ours move quickly. We’re open about it, and we don’t ship anything we haven’t checked ourselves.
You tell us what you have in mind, even if it’s just a sketch on a napkin. We ask a lot of questions.
This is where vibe coding shines. With AI helping us write code and make art, a first playable version shows up quickly.
You click, tap or play it and tell us what feels off. We change it. Repeat until it feels right.
We go through everything by hand, fix the rough edges and help you put it out into the world.
Things we’ve built
Two products we made for fun and practice. They aren’t client work, but they’re fully clickable, so go ahead and try them.

A contact form, bad link previews and a self-hosted server made us switch. Plus the one bug that would have silently broken our form in production.

How we turned a dark, over-promising agency site into something that actually sounds like us, with an AI pair doing a lot of the typing.

No, and we won’t pretend to be. Krai Studio is a small indie studio. That means you talk directly to the people doing the work, and we only take on projects we can give real attention to.
Building software with AI as a creative partner. We describe what we want, AI helps draft the code or art, and then we review, test and fix it ourselves. It’s how a small team can move fast without cutting corners.
Yes, games are our favourite thing. We focus on small projects: casual and mobile game prototypes, browser mini-games and game UI. We’re not the right fit for a huge open-world RPG, and we’ll say so.
Websites, web apps, mobile app prototypes and MVPs, small games, and the design and visuals for all of those. If you’re not sure your idea fits, just ask.
It depends on the size of the idea. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll give you an honest estimate, plus a smaller first step if the whole thing is too big to start with.
